Garrett Clark Borns, stage name Børns, is an American singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist born January 7, 1992 in the US. Raised in Grand Haven, Michigan, he began performing in his youth. His debut album A Dream Between dropped in 2012 on REZidual Records, but his major-label breakthrough came with the Candy EP through Geffen and Interscope in 2014, which peaked at number two on the Billboard Heatseekers chart. That momentum led to Dopamine, his debut studio album released in 2015, which charted at number 24 in the US and spawned the platinum-certified single "Electric Love". The Dopamine tour established him as a supporting act for high-profile artists—he toured with Charli XCX, Bleachers, and Halsey, and performed at Coachella in 2016. His second album Blue Madonna came out January 12, 2018, and featured the single "God Save Our Young Blood" with Lana Del Rey, which charted on the US rock chart; he then supported Del Rey on her LA to the Moon Tour and headlined the MoneyMan Tour from 2017–18.
