Fergus McCreadie is a Scottish jazz pianist and composer born on 12 July 1997. His signature approach fuses contemporary jazz with Scottish folk music, creating a distinctly regional sound. As leader of a piano trio, he has released five albums to date. Forest Floor, his third album, earned a Mercury Prize shortlist nod and won both the Scottish Album of the Year Award and the Scottish Jazz Award for Best Album.
